Our History

2024

In 2024, we shifted to a fully integrated, omnichannel consulting model that enabled a 4x increase in client conversion rates. This strategic move positioned us to deliver complete operational solutions—blending VA placement, process consulting, and customized tech stack integration. We also developed the Lagati Ecosystem, connecting clients to curated tools and remote support infrastructure, which cut onboarding time by 30% and improved delivery speed across multiple industries.

2023

Lagati Consulting experienced foundational growth in 2023 by doubling our client portfolio and significantly increasing engagement efficiency. We focused on core service areas—operations consulting and virtual assistant placement—while launching a content-driven outreach strategy that established thought leadership in remote workforce optimization. Our monthly recurring revenue grew 2.5x as we refined our service delivery model and aligned solutions with the operational needs of growing SMBs.

2022

In a year of economic uncertainty, CRI rebranded to Lagati Consulting and expanded to a fulltime B2B operations agency and began serving customers across all industry spaces by the end of the year. We also created our own R&D department with the main goal of launching even more OperationsTech and HealthTech products.

2021

Experiencing growth and the need for scalability of CRI, we started to invest in automation to boost our efficiency. We created Primis AI, an internal operations one stop management platform helping maximize operations efficiency for our customers.

2020

Started to grow our client database. Thanks to commitment and hard work, managed to strive despite the setbacks. This year shaped our passion for experiments: We tried different approaches, niches, ICPs, value props, tactics, etc..

2019

Lagati (formerly CRI) was founded in 2019 with a bold vision: to simplify and streamline operations for modern businesses. What began as a lean experiment in remote process support quickly gained traction as we partnered with our first clients.
